All Star Healthcare Solutions Named to SIA’s 2022 Largest Staffing Firms in the US List
All Star Healthcare Solutions®, a full-service healthcare staffing company specializing in locum tenens and direct-hire opportunities for physicians and advanced practitioners, recently was named to the annual Largest US Staffing Firms list compiled by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).

This year’s list of staffing firms earning $100 million or more in 2021 grew to 225, adding nearly 40 more companies than the previous year. Qualifying revenue came from temporary staffing, such as locum tenens, direct hire, and retained search, as well as temp-to-hire conversions.
“While some industries experienced disruptions in 2021, the staffing industry instead flourished in an environment of record demand,” said Timothy Landhuis, VP of research at SIA. “We salute the hard work and resourcefulness of the staffing firms that appear on this year’s list, that were able to deliver at record scale, and that altogether generated an extraordinary $135 billion in staffing revenue.”
