All Star Healthcare Solutions Promotes David Pierce and Eric Coleman to Divisional VPs
All Star Healthcare Solutions—a full-service healthcare staffing firm specializing in locum tenens and direct-hire job opportunities for physicians and advanced practitioners—recently announced the promotions of David Pierce to Divisional Vice President, Business Development, and Eric Coleman as the new Divisional Vice President, Medical Staff Services.
Since joining All Star in 2023, Pierce has spearheaded the company’s Business Development department, concentrating on identifying and cultivating new partnerships with healthcare organizations seeking staffing solutions. In his new role, Pierce continues to forge purposeful relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems while also directing efforts to advance our client development specialists who work exclusively with facility representatives.
Coleman brought more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing arena when he came to All Star in 2017. Over the past eight years, he has led the company’s Medical Staff Services (MSS) operations, adhering to the all-important compliance policies and procedures and uplifting client and provider experiences. In his new role, Coleman continues to oversee the MSS department, which includes internal and external credentialing and licensing teams, to ensure facilities and their patients have access to high-caliber physicians and advanced practitioners.
