Additional Information

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible MD with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Current active full unrestricted Oregon Medical license or ability to obtain.
  • Current DEA license
  • Strong technical/computer skills and EMR experience
  • Perform in-office minor procedures such as joint aspirations and injections.
