PACE Medical Director Opportunity
- Full-time permanent opportunity serving geriatric and medically complex patients
- Collaborative interdisciplinary PACE care model
- Provide assessments, chronic disease management, and ongoing participant care
- Competitive salary: $250K–$290K

Requirements
- BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active North Carolina license
- Geriatrics experience preferred
- DEA/CDS required
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Experience caring for elderly/frail populations required
- No visa candidates or locums
