Job details include:
- BC - Provider must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified (this is for Advanced Heart Failure, the provider will not perform any invasive procedures) - [REQUIRED]
- AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience - REQUIRED
- M-F, 8-hour days plus rotating call
- Clinic PPD 10 average admin PD 12-15
- active VA license and DEA - local providers only
- EMR - EPIC
