Job Details:

- License Requirements: Tennessee license and DEA required
- Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day
- Work Setting: HIV outpatient clinic
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Call: Shared phone-only call coverage
- Admin Time: Scheduled within clinic hours
- EMR: Athena
Compensation & Incentives:
- $100K retention bonus
- $10K sign-on bonus
- Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
- Productivity bonus: $100 per patient over 14 per day (up to $96K annually)
