- BC/BE in Medical Oncology and Hematology
- Provider will physically be working in LAPEER
- Outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. With optional night call and optional weekend 24hr call
- Procedures and skills required
- Active MI license
- EMR Cerner
