Additional Information
- Board Certified NCCPA - min of 1 year of experience required
- Weekend coverage ONLY: 6 p.m. Friday to 6 pm Sunday
- As soon as credentialed for 6 months, with the option to extend
- Provider will work autonomously

- Will cover at multiple facilities
- Active CT license - must be local
- EMR EPIC
