- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End date: 6-12 month contract
- Practice Setting: Inpatient only at both STF and STM
- Schedule: 8-hour days (Monday-Friday), potential call, and 24-hour shifts
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 10
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level: Level 1
- Will the provider be working autonomously: Yes
- Supervising physician present during assignment: No
- Board Certified NCCPA
- Connecticut License in hand at time of submission
- ACLS BLS required
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Placement of Central Venous and Dialysis Catheters
- Placement of Arterial Lines and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps
- Endoscopic Retrieval
- **NO BALLOON PUMPS**
