Sun Sentinel – Top Workplaces 2020 Award Winner
All Star was awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Sun Sentinel. (We have received this distinction several times over the past few years.) The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
South Florida Business Journal – 2020 Best Places to Work Awards Winner
All Star – recurrently celebrated for its exceptional workplace environment and caring, high-performance culture – ranked fourth in the large company category of the South Florida Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work Awards, chosen as a finalist based on the results of a confidential online survey administered to its employees by Quantum Workplace. The top 45 firms, based on employees’ feedback, were divided into one of three categories: small company (10 to 49 employees), medium company (50 to 99 employees), and large company (100 employees or more).
Florida Trend – Best Companies to Work For in Florida – 2019 Winner
The annual Best Companies list, featured in Florida Trend magazine, ranks 100 companies in small, medium, and large employer categories. All Star ranked in the best midsized company category. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey, and analysis and determined the final rankings.
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – 2019 Best Staffing Firms to Work For
The award is given annually by SIA, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, and recognizes employers for their top performance in engaging and deploying talent. Distinguished for its exceptional workplace environment and culture, All Star was one of 14 U.S. staffing firms that scored in the top quartile of the “51 to 200 internal employees” award category. The Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards are sponsored by Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW).
SIA – 2019 Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the US
SIA – 2019 Largest Locum Tenens Staffing Firms in the US
All Star was ranked one of the “Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the US” in a 2019 update by SIA. In addition, we earned a top-10 spot (#8) on SIA’s list of “Largest Locum Tenens Staffing Firms in the US: 2019.” Both recognitions are a testament to the efforts of the entire All Star organization. SIA’s independent and objective analysis provides insights into the services and suppliers operating in the workforce solutions ecosystem, including staffing firms, managed service providers, recruitment process outsourcers, payrolling/compliance firms, and talent acquisition technology specialists.
