All Star Makes Florida Trend’s Top 100 Best Companies List
All Star has been named one of the Sunshine State’s 2019 Best Companies to Work For. The full-service healthcare staffing firm, which places physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent positions and locum tenens jobs throughout the United States, was also recognized among this year’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts.
The annual Best Companies list is featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. One hundred companies are ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories. All Star Recruiting (now All Star Healthcare Solutions) ranks in the best midsized company category.

To participate in the Best Companies to Work For in Florida program, firms or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
“This year, we spoke with Millennial employees of the Best Companies to Work For to get their perspectives on their workplaces and work experiences,” says Executive Editor Mark Howard. “It’s clear that the best companies know how to attract Millennials and then engage them once they’ve been hired. Millennials want what every employee wants — a workplace environment that helps them be productive and a chance for input into how work gets done.”

The Best Companies to Work For in Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey, and analysis and determined the final rankings.
