Shift Details:

• Requested Coverage Schedule: Minimum of one full week including Monday through Friday clinic hours with weeknight call, plus 24-hour weekend call coverage
• Schedule Details:
  • Clinic: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • Night Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
  • 24-Hour Weekend Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday)
  • No clinic responsibilities on weekends
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: TBD based on availability

Clinical Details:

• Patient Population: 100% Adult
• Case Mix: General Urology – details to be discussed during interview
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Procedures: To be determined – typical urologic procedures expected
• Certifications Needed: Current medical license and DEA; additional certifications may be required depending on hospital credentialing

Licensing & Privileging:

• Willing to License: No – active Pennsylvania license required, or IMLC LOQ in Hand
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: Approximately 60 days
