Additional Information
- Board Certified Urologist for long-term coverage
- Coverage consists of Monday- Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm.
- NO CALL COVERAGE!
- Scheduling consists of 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation to best serve our community.
- MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA required; Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology; Current certification or board eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery)
- Required previous experience: At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12 months.
