- BC required
- AZ license or IMLC LOQ in hand
- Minimum 2 years of family med or internal med experience
- CLEAN reqiured
- Tuesday-Friday - Clinic - 7a-5:30p with 30 min unpaid lunch
- Sporadic call coverage - Night call (5:30p-7a) and sporadic weekend coverage (7a-7a)
- Setting: Clinic, No Trauma
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Patient Populations is Majority Geriatric. Lots of AWVs, accute needs.
- EMR: CERNER
