- Location: Ohio

- Patient Volume: 16-20 patients per day
- Patient Mix: Adults only for IM-trainined and all ages for FM-trained
- Work Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Experience Requirements: Primary Care
- Dates: ASAP start with a 3-6 month commitment
