- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- Full-time position
- Hospital-employed - critical care access hospital - level IV trauma center
- Joining 1 Psychiatrist and 6 LSW's in an outpatient rural health clinic
- Working 4 10-hour days
- EMR is EPIC
- Seeing about 14-18 patients a day (scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients a day)
- 385K plus 45K quality incentives, sign-on bonus 30K, 8K annual CME, student loan forgiveness, health/dental/vision, 401K plan and match, paid malpractice, and more
