- Ideal call coverage is 7 consecutive 24-hour call days or greater; shorter durations will be considered
- 600 deliveries annually
- No laborist coverage
- Call ratio: 1:2
- Midwife backup support is available as scheduled
- Primarily solo coverage; however, for contract durations longer than one week, a model with midwife primary call and locum backup call is an option for OB/GYN emergency call patient consults

- BC required
- MO license or IMLC required
- ACLS, ATLS, and BLS required
