- Ongoing need — additional dates monthly
- Schedule: 10–14 day stretches
- Coverage: Clinic + rotating call
- Start: Once credentialed
- License: Iowa license or IMLC
- Clinic: Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–12
- Clinic volume: 15–20 patients/day
- Clinic staff: 1 physician, 3 NPs + nursing
- Deliveries: ~30–40/month
- EMR: Meditech (hospital), Athena (clinic)
- Bid: Confirm Iowa Medicaid + DEA status
