- Board Certified
- Must be able to cover clinic + call coverage
- Dates of coverage: May-July, potential for ongoing coverage; specific dates of coverage needed.
- Specific procedures required: C-section, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, abnormal bleeding. MFM will handle most high-risk patients.
- Active VA license, DEA, and CSR
