- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Clinic and Call coverage
- OR license and DEA
- 40 Deliveries per month
- 7/19 @ 0700 – 7/21 @ 0700; or 7/20 @ 0700 – 7/22 @ 0700
- 6-18 patients per day in clinic
