A healthcare organization in Virginia is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a short-term locum tenens assignment covering the year-end holiday period.

Assignment Highlights

• Coverage dates: December 28, 2026 – January 3, 2027
• Outpatient practice setting
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Approximately 25 patients per shift
• Established support staff including RNs, medical assistants, and office personnel
• No APP supervision required
• No resident or teaching responsibilities
• Beeper call coverage
• EMR: Onco

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician
• Fellowship preferred
• Active Virginia medical license required
• ACLS and BLS required
