24-Hour On-Call Coverage (0700 – 0700) - Trauma Call - current shortfall of about 10 days per month
- Board Certified in Orthopedic, Plastic, or General Surgery
- Must have completed a Fellowship in Hand Surgery
- Active MI license
- Date of coverage: ASAP - December 2026
- Reason for Coverage: Insufficient local hand coverage for 24/7/365 needs about 10 days a month
- Call Ratio: Negotiable
- Patient Demographics: Ages 15 years and older (adolescent through geriatric)
- Average: 1 surgical case per month
- Summer months: Approximately 3 per month
- Annual ER Volume: 90,000
