- Advanced Practice Providers: 4
- Exam Rooms Available: 2–3
- Supervision of Other Providers: No
- ED Backup Coverage Required: No
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience
- Active Michigan medical license
- Active DEA
- BLS certification
- Must be available full-time Monday–Thursday
- Local Michigan provider; drive-in candidates only
