Employed Otolaryngologist Opportunity in Illinois

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)
• Full-Time, Permanent Position
• Join a thriving, high-demand ENT practice
• Established team of 3 ENT physicians (including a Laryngologist) and 2 APPs, with an additional APP and 4th ENT joining later this year
• Practice across a well-developed regional program with locations in Central Illinois
• Access to main hospital OR and Outpatient Surgery Center (OPSC)
• Opportunity to develop a subspecialty focus, including Rhinology, Head & Neck Surgery, Allergy, Inspire therapy, or other niche interests
• Busy, established practice with strong referral volume and the flexibility to be as busy as you want to be
• $700,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU Production Incentives
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgiven over 3 years)
• $100,000 Retention Bonus (paid over 5 years)
