Additional Information
- Board Certified and fellowship trained in critical care
- 24 hr shift preferred but not required 7a-7p and On Call 7p-7a
- coverage needed 6-12 months with the possibility to extend
- Provider will be working solo

- Active MA license, DEA and CSR
