- Schedule: 4-10 hour days working Monday-Thursday

- 100% Outpatient
- The provider will be evaluating patients, carrying out treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Specialists
- The provider will be part of a hospital-owned multispecialty group that consists of physicians, advanced practitioners, and a strong administrative team
- Experienced and New graduates are welcome to apply
- New York license must be in hand or in process
