Shift Details:

• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Beginning April, ongoing for 3 to 6 months
• Schedule Details: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: TBD based on availability and facility needs

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Patient Population/Case Load: 14–16 patients per day
• Case Mix: Basic Critical Care APP
• Procedures: Includes intubations, central and arterial lines, ventilator management, pressor titration, and other bedside procedures
• Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS, ATLS, CRRT

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with experience in Critical Care Medicine for a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in Oklahoma. This role involves comprehensive management of critically ill patients across various ICU settings including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro ICUs.

The ideal candidate will be confident in performing detailed assessments, diagnosing acute conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing bedside procedures. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, manage emergent codes and rapid responses, and communicate extensively with patients’ families.
