Neurosurgery APP (NP/PA) – Sentara Health (Virginia)
Facilities: (main site will be Norfolk, but required to rotate to Careplex and Beach) Not often, but need to be flexible.

Schedule
- Monday Night-Sunday Night: 7pm-7am.
- Seven days on, seven days off
- Call coverage required
Patient Population
- Inpatient Neurosurgery Service
- Trauma, spine, and cranial patients
- Daily census: 20–30 patients
Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Neurosurgery experience required
- Drain removal experience required
- Shunt adjustment experience required
- Inpatient Neurosurgery management experience required
- NPs must be Acute Care certified
- Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) will not be accepted
