- Part time – full time coverage need

- Is there an 8-hour guarantee? (8am-4.30pm) yes, at endo center
- 10–16 cases per day
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric
- No Trauma Designation
- No Pain Management Cases
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Requirements:
- Active State Medical License (Michigan)/ Will Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License
- BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications
- Local Provider Only (mileage reimbursement only)
