Job Details
- BC in Family or Internal Medicine
- Experience treating geriatric patients and/or post-acute care experience
- Joining a privately-owned group that goes into SNFs and Assisted Living facilities to treat patients
- Going between 1-2 facilities a day
- Flexible, create your own work schedule - half the day working onsite & half the day charting/admin time (which can be done at home), as long as you see the patient load, the schedule can be created however you like it
- Average seeing 14 patients a day - if you see more = more productivity bonus
- Medical Director opportunities may be available
- Base salary starting at 250K with bonus and full benefits package
