Otolaryngology (ENT) Opportunity

  • Full-time ENT opportunity with a surgical-heavy practice

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist
  • Comfortable practicing independently as the primary ENT provider

Compensation & Benefits

  • Year 1 total compensation package approximately $692K+
    • Guaranteed base salary: $589K+
    • $50K sign-on bonus
    • $10K relocation assistance
    • $10K quality bonus
    • $30K student loan support
  • Years 2–3 compensation potential approaching $778K+
  • Additional wRVU incentive compensation available
  • CME reimbursement included
