- Shifts:
- 9a - 9p DAYS
- Clinical Information:
- Role will focus mostly on chart reviews, escalation of barriers, helping to facilitate discharges with covering physicians
- Will help with Admissions as needed
- EMR:
- Cerner
- Required:
- Need minimum availability of 5-7+ shifts per month starting December
- Active FL License and dedicated FL DEA
- Must be Board Certified with 1+ years HM experience
