- Coverage Need:
- ASAP - ongoing for 2-3+ months
- 2-4 weeks for credentialing
- Locums to perm option
- Shifts:
- 8a - 5p (M-F)
- No late clinic, no after-hours charting, no call
- Clinical Information:
- 100% outpatient
- Adult patients only
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine patient population
- Average daily patient volume: 8–16 patients
- Responsibilities
- Comprehensive physical examinations
- Development of individualized treatment plans
- Preventive care services
- Chronic disease management
- Coordination of specialty referrals
- Ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies
- EMR:
- Elation
- Required:
- Must be avail for M-F starting asap
- Must be BC IM/FM with 2-3 years experience
- Active TX License and dedicated TX DEA
