- Boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS)
- MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience
- NRP - REQUIRED
- nights and weekends 8p-8a / 8a-8p
- 5/Shifts per month PREFERABLY 8-10 for 12 months
- Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20/shift per provider
- OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
- EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
