- Full-Time/Permanent Role
- Flexible schedule- 4-day workweek- 32hr Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
- occasional after-hours phone coverage
- You will be joining 15 physicians, 3 PAs, and 1 NP
- Must be able to treat all ages
- Oregon license in hand or in the process
