- Weekends are required
- Provide advanced neonatal care in multiple NICU settings across a regional system
- Work across three primary facilities
- Deliver care for critically ill and premature newborns in Level II–III NICUs
- Participate in in-house coverage shifts (12-hour and 24-hour)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists
- Support well-baby nursery coverage as needed
- Manage admissions, daily care, and stabilization of neonates
- Respond to neonatal emergencies and transfers within the system
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety
- Requirements
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification
- Minimum 1 year NNP experience
