- Full-time Permanent Position (The exact schedule will be discussed with the employer)
- The provider will be providing comprehensive support such as symptom management, medication management, emotional/mental/family support, and family education/support
- Experience treating palliative-related complications and chronic conditions such as COPD, Strokes, Kidney Failures, Parkinson's, and other chronic and palliative-related conditions required
- 1+ years of experience in Palliative Medicine or a related setting is required
- Texas License in Hand or in the process are welcome to apply
