- Provider must be available for nights and weekends
- ASAP - ONGOING 5 + SHIFTS/MONTH for 12 month
- Nights and Weekend (12 hours) 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NPR
- OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
