  • Starts upon credentialing-ongoing
  • Shift Details: Clinic plus call coverage
  • Schedule: 2-4 days of clinic (8am-5pm) 24/7 call coverage (weeknights and weekends)
  •  Patients per day: 10-15 ppd for clinic – 0-3 call backs on average per weekend shift
  • Active MN license Required
