Transitional Care Physician needed outside of Dallas Texas

Full-time Post-Acute Physician needed in Dallas County 

 

  • BC- FM or IM
  • W2 position 
  • Flexible schedule: 4/5 days per week
  • Call is on weekdays via phone, and weekend daytime call is shared amongst all providers 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Active TX license and DEA required 
  • Rounding on adult patients in SNFs
