- Provides health services for patients from birth through adolescence, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of day-to-day childhood illnesses
- Team member in provision of medical care, participates in quality assurance review on aperiodic basis, systematic review or records and treatment plans
- EMR is nextgen
- Vacation 160 hours, Personal time 40 hours, CME 40 hours and allowance of 2500, Life insurance, disability, 401k plus match
