- Our client in Kansas is seeking a locum to perm Family Medicine physician.
- Physician must have a strong interest in relocating.
- Their current physician is transitioning into a new role.
- Monday to Friday and will be back up call for midlevel support.
- Their Family Medicine Doc clinic, inpatient, covers Nursing Homes, ER, etc
- Not much call but they are the supervising physician for the midlevels
- Their midlevels are pretty seasoned and they take care of the ER 98%
- Critical Access hospitals
- Their providers see anywhere from 12 to 20 patients per day.
- Their ER Volume is 2.5 a day.
- They average 2 or 3 daily census in the hospital and if they are acute they go to swing bed or observation patients.
- They transfer anything of high acuity out - no ICU there. no ob.
- Wonderful place to work and great team!
- They have a lot of midlevels and lot of prn midlevels.
- 6 prns and 1 full time PA and PRN and their doc does 1 day a week.
