- Monday-Friday position, the exact schedule will be discussed during the interview
- Joining a passionate team dedicated to servicing rural and underserved populations
- Please have at least 5 years of experience in Family Medicine/Urgent Care and 2 years of FQHC panel management
- The ideal candidate will have a CA license in hand or in the process
