- Full-time, Permanent position (Half-Time will be considered)
- Candidates is required to have at least 3 years of experience in primary care settings
- Must be able to conduct wellness/sick visits, vaccinations, and follow-up consults
- Must be able to treat chronic disease cases (Hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma, etc.)
- Must be able to work autonomously
- North Carolina state license in hand or in process
