Seeking an experienced NP or PA with a strong clinical background; PM&R/physiatry experience preferred.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Setting: Skilled nursing facilities (post-acute care)
- Compensation range: $143,000 – $171,000 annually
- Comprehensive 3-month onboarding + clinical mentor support
- Growth and leadership opportunities available
- Active Arizona NP or PA license + DEA or eligibility to acquire
- 2+ years of NP/PA experience required
- Experience in post-acute, rehab, acute care, or clinic settings is a plus
