The Facilitator II, Learning & Development supports All Star’s commitment to continuous learning by leading New Hire Training and providing ongoing coaching. This role delivers classroom sessions, presentations, Q&A discussions, call feedback, and one-on-one coaching, while sharing sales and recruitment expertise with both new and experienced consultants. The Facilitator II ensures seamless integration, drives early success, and upholds All Star Healthcare Solutions’ core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding with emphasis on All Star’s culture, values, and sales processes.
  • Schedule and facilitate training sessions; maintain up-to-date collateral and materials.
  • Provide proactive coaching and support for sales roles; identify skills gaps and create solutions.
  • Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
  • Continuously update and improve training content, guides, and materials.
  • Evaluate new hires’ strengths and weaknesses; design training to support career growth.
  • Contribute to annual training programs and assess effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Education:

  • Two years’ experience preferred in healthcare staffing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or related field preferred
  • One year experience required in training or related field
